A water fueled car is an idea that has swept the country since FOX news originally ran a special on a man who claimed that he used only water in his car. This man stated that he never once used gasoline, or any other type of fuel in his car. Instead he only used water. Since the story originally ran, that video clip has been one of the most viewed clips on the popular You Tube video website and beyond. This has led many to question if his success was true, and how they too could own a water fueled car.

While a water fueled car may not be a possibility, a water fueled car that utilizes hydrogen just might be. Water is comprised of two main ingredients: hydrogen and oxygen. When water is turned into gas by heating it a high temperature, these two gases are immediately released. The problem is finding a high temperature to release these gases without damaging the vehicle itself. To solve that problem in a water fueled car, several companies have released convertor kits.

A convertor kit can easily change any vehicle into a water fueled car with only a few minor steps. Two of the more popular companies are Hydro Power and Hydrogen on Demand, but there are a number of other companies as well. These convertor kits typically run around $200 though they can be much more expensive. It might be beneficial to avoid any of the cheaper kits as they most certainly do not work. These kits can be applied to almost any vehicle, to turn it into a ready to use water fueled car.

The water fueled car convertor kit includes a water jug, usually made of plastic. This jug is strapped to the inside of the engine, and filled with water. It usually isn’t the same size as a typical gas tank because many of the manufacturers claim that their systems can run on less liquid. The plastic tank is then connected to the engine and carburetor by a series of gauges.  As the engine heats up, it causes the water inside the jug to boil furiously until it reaches the steam or gas stage. This steam or gas then moves to the engine, causing the car to move. This power is better for the environment, and cheaper for the car’s owner.

There are some opponents who claim that it is not possible to create a water fueled car. They claim that these convertor kits are nothing more than a scam, and that those who use them are wasting their money. At the same time there are a large number of people who have used the kits to much success. They claim that driving a water fueled car is the only way to go.
